The good news is, you’re not by yourself. Having sweaty feet is a pretty common complaint among the majority of people. I certainly addressed it every day. If you’re anything like I had been, it might be this kind of nerve racking experience being forced to take your shoes off looking at someone else. You pray they don’t stink or worse off, a person will discover the sweat stains soaking through your socks – yikes!
This can be getting a little personal here but before I give you these three amazing treatments, I actually have to let you know one among my most embarrassing sweaty foot stories. I had been in college and went on a date with this girl. Anyway, things were going pretty great and after dinner, we went back to her apartment to cuddle up a little. Once I got from the door she said the place was only cleaned and asked to adopt my shoes off. Already, I found myself acquiring a little nervous.
I remember she had this dark tile kitchen floor so when I walked across it, I left damp foggy foot tracks. She looked delay by the sight of my sweat tracks immediately.
Things got a bit awkward next and I never heard from her again. Now, I don’t determine if things didn’t exercise due to my sweaty feet, but I’m sure it didn’t enhance my allure at the time.
So look, whatever reason You need to stop your foot sweating, it genuinely couldn’t be any easier when you know the simple home made remedies that get results fast. I’m talking, within hours.
Vinegar Foot Baths – Mix together 1/2 cup vinegar and a quart of very warm water within a basin. Soak the feet for 25 minutes. Then, dry your toes well – make sure you don’t forget about the spaces between your toes. Don’t rinse your toes. Allow the vinegar really saturate your pores.
Not only does the vinegar serve as an astringent, It exfoliates a thin top layer of your own foot skin. You’ll experience dryness for a long time after that soak. Plus, the acid inside the vinegar neutralizes odor causing bacteria deep within your feet. Some people like using apple cider vinegar for this particular treatment. However, for foot sweating, I enjoy white wine vinegar. It’s stronger and works faster.
As a side benefit, vinegar also inhibits fungal growth so you’ll protect your toenails from fungus and get rid of common problems like athletes foot.
Salt Water Soak – Simple? Yes. Effective? Ohhh Yes. Don’t underestimate the strength of a salt water soak on your own feet. The salt will dry them right up and if you use Epsom salts, you’ll have 65dexhpky dried-out skin too. Exfoliating with a loofah before soaking your toes in salt water makes results faster AND more durable. You also want to be sure you use tepid to warm water to look at up your skin’s pores and permit maximum contact with the salt.
Be cautious in case you have any open cuts or sores on the feet. This will likely burn for those who have any open abrasions.
Sage Tea – I saved the best for last. Sage tea contains super high amounts of Tannic Acid and that is a natural astringent. Add 4 to 5 bags of sage tea into a large basin of boiling water and allow it to steep before the tea is fully dissolved. Then soak the feet for 25 minutes.
The tea works its way into your foot pores and go to work, drying them up and neutralizing odor causing bacteria. Sage tea is incredibly powerful being a 除臭襪. Use this tonight and fall in love with the outcomes.
