Minimax is a duet formed by Quentin Manfroy, flutist, and Eric Bribosia, keyboards, for this time joined by Matthieu Ha with accordian and Yannick Dupont, drummer, guitarist and composer. This group is dedicated to compose music for silent movies, either ancient or modern. Their aim is to explore the various possibilities between image and music, from narration to total dissonance. They made scores for: "Sunrise" by F.W. Murnau, "Liberty" by Laurel and Hardy, "Modern Times" by C.Chaplin, "The Goddess" by Wu Yonggang, in collaboration with Song Yuzhe and Xiao He.
